Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Trinetradev, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Digital Product Nature

Test series and mock tests are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same test series
  • Technical error preventing access for more than 48 hours after payment
  • Fraudulent transaction (verified by Razorpay)
3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email support@trinetradev.site with:

  • Registered email address
  • Payment transaction ID (from Razorpay)
  • Reason for refund request
4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation of Subscription

Since we offer one-time purchase access (not recurring subscriptions), there is no automatic renewal to cancel.
